Video: Legal and practical protection of software

How can you as a software development company to protect your software? Together with the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise and our member Deposit, we organized a seminar (in Swedish) on this theme.

This is a summary of the Swedish article.

During the seminar we addressed questions about legal protection but also about source code escrow and how software-developing companies can use this, both as a sales argument and to protect its business.

During the seminar we had the opportunity to listen to Christina Wainikka who is Intellectual Property Policy Expert at the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise and Tommy Svensson who is the CEO of Deposit AB.

The full seminar is available, in Swedish, at Youtube.
