Today we welcome Deposit, who recently joined Swedsoft. Deposit is a Swedish supplier of source code escrow.

For more than 20 years, Deposit has been working to help its customers, consisting of small and large companies from a variety of industries, with source code escrow. Many of the customers are in the Nordic countries, but also in other places in the world.

Deposit describes that with the source code escrow, companies developing software gain a competitive advantage by securing the customer’s access to the source code, if the company would get problems such as bankruptcy. Customers are assured that they will be able to access the code and further develop their systems under given conditions with storage by a independent third party.
