The digital panel discussion was about how the Corona crisis threw us into a large-scale experiment when many people overnight stopped going to their offices and started working at home. During the seminar the participants gave their thoughts on how to work efficiently together. How do we create team spirit, even when we cannot meet physically, and how should you as a leader think in these situations were two of the questions discussed by the panel.
