Interview with our new board member Anna-Lena Strömsten

Anna-Lena Strömsten, Head of People Development at Scania, has been elected as one of two new members of Swedsoft's Board. We had a chat with her to get to know her a little extra before the assignment.

This is a summary of the Swedish interview.

Anna-Lena Strömsten do not hesitate on facing unknown challenges. She started her career as an entrepreneur in the IT business and has since tried on many roles in varying industries, but talent management remains central in her career and is a crucial part of her current position at Scania.

Richard Bunk, Chairman of Swedsoft, says he is grateful for the valuable addition to the Board. He is sure that she will, among other issues, contribute a lot to the question of skills supply and lifelong learning with her great experience of talent management.

Welcome to the board Anna-Lena!
