Report on lifelong learning

Today, Swedsoft is releasing a report on how the Swedish Agency for Higher Vocational Education can contribute to lifelong learning. The report is the outcome of this year's Gathering of Software Sweden, where Swedsoft was invited by the Swedish Agency for Higher Vocational Education to provide feedback on this matter.

Prior to the workshop, the agency presented a series of questions that were discussed during the workshop. In the report Så kan Myndigheten för yrkeshögskolan bidra till ett livslångt lärande Swedsoft, with the support of ChatGPT, has compiled all comments and suggestions as input for the agency.

The main questions that the groups discussed were:

  • How does AI impact the industry?
  • What will be the implications for future skill requirements?
  • What are the consequences of AI for the green transition?
  • What software skills will be needed for the future?
  • What role does the education sector play in meeting the competency needs?

The report is now available for download here (in Swedish)
